MILAN WINTER GAMES PREMIUM TRAVEL PACKAGES with Date Options

We were the official travel agency for a number of US, Canadian, Australian, Irish, British, Finnish, and other sports teams and groups that came to the Beijing Summer Games. We also worked with NBC Sports in Beijing for their China tours. We were again the preferred hotel booking and travel provider for athlete family groups of Finnish Ice Hockey (champion of Beijing 2022) and other teams in 2022.

The Premium Packages that we offer are a joint venture with Bucket List Events, a U.S. sport travel agency with experience with past Winter Games in Salt Lake City, Turin, Vancouver, Sochi, and Pyeongchang.     

We have not determined our package prices since COVID has slowed our arrangements. Our plans are to have them available before the summer of 2022. Pricing will be higher than our Paris Summer Games packages. That's because the more authentic Winter Games experience is in the mountains (Cortina), where hotels are considerably more expensive than in Milan.

Approximately two months before you leave for Italy, you'll receive an exciting "Milan Travel Welcome Kit" containing an all-inclusive guide to Milan and Italy, a map, and a check for $100 to $500. 

Airfare not included to the 2026 Winter Games. However, we’ll help you get the best fares through our special internal channel.  Travel insurance (We recommend AIG Travel Guard)is also not included, but highly recommended.  Rates are quoted per person in USD and based on double/triple occupancy.  Availability and pricing are subject to change before booking.   Triple Occupancy rooms have limited availability.  Single and Quad occupancy is available. When you book with our premium packages, your package investment is protected.  If the Milan Winter Games are cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.  Plan early and book with confidence.

For Pre-orders, a deposit is not required. However, the deposit is due when we confirm your booking once package prices become available by summer 2022. Only paid reservations can guarantee accommodations and travel services. 

You may cancel your paid reservation at any time before January 1, 2025, with full refund of your deposit.
