Paris Summer Games Travel Packages: Quick Trips and Standard Packages (July 25-August 12, 2024)
Opening Ceremonies is July 26, 2024; Closing Ceremonies is August 11, 2024.
Starting from only $2,450, our Paris Summer Games Travel Packages give you the unqiue experience you’ve been dreaming of your entire life. We offer the most competitive packages when it comes to what we have to offer. Approximately two months before you leave for Paris, you'll receive an exciting "Paris Travel Welcome Kit" containing an all-inclusive guide to Paris and France, a map, and a check for $100 to $500.
You may choose between our quick trip packages (3-5 nights) or our standard summer games packages (6-12 nights). Please review what’s included in the package, your hotel options, dates and pricing, and the booking process information below.
All packages may be booked online with only a $250 deposit to start with.

All Paris 2024 Summer Games Packages are quoted per person (double occupancy) and rooms can accommodate up to four guests. Our Paris Summer Games Travel Packages give you the Paris experience you’ve been dreaming of you’re entire life. You may choose between quick trip or standard packages ranging from 3-12 nights, or you may request custom dates by contacting our team.
Hotel Options
All of our guests will enjoy conveniently located accommodations during their stay in Paris. Our hotels provide easy access to transportation, nightlife, dining options, cultural sights of the host city, and the competition Venues.
Our premium hotels are set to be announced during the Spring of 2023 and you will have the option to choose your hotel from any options presented or upgrade your package at that time. Space is limited and will be reserved for pre-booked package guests.

Payment Plan
If you would like to book your Paris Experience, you will only need to pay $250 deposit today. The remaining balance will be due once we announce the hotels during the Spring of 2023. Book with confidence. Please visit our Payment Center to submit your order.
Cancellation
We understand that life happens and we keep things flexible for our guests. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
- Cancel anytime between your booking date and April 1, 2024 and you’ll be refunded 75% of the money paid towards your booking/packages.
- After April 1, 2024: No cancellations allowed. No refunds are given.
- If you are traveling with an Athlete Family and Friends Group, please ask us about the popular Athlete Family Guarantee Cancellation policy — Plan early! We have been working with Athlete families since 2008 Beijing Summer Games.

Accor Hotel Group and Hilton Group are our preferred partners. ACCOR Hotels has just been announced as a major 2024 Paris Olympics sponsor. We are glad to promote Accor select hotels (Novotel, Pullman, Sofitel, etc. ) and Hilton in Paris for the Summer Games. We'll be glad to build a custom package around Accor Hotels or Hilton Hotles based on your vacation time and schedule.
We have good news! Now, we can book groups of eight rooms or more at any Accor hotel. Feel free to contact us now. Reservations for individuals will be available in the summer of 2022. Make sure to make a note to book then.
