By submitting the below form, I authorize Great Wall Adventure Club (the parent company of Italy Adventure Club) to charge my Credit Card/Debit Card indicated above for all obligations contracted from Japan travel service ordered. I hereby agree to accept sole liability for the payment of all charges of Italy Adventure Club services regardless of whether access permission was granted by myself.  The form below is a secure form without immediate online processing. We'll manually process the payment offline. 

There is a 3.8% surcharge for Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit card payments or a 4% surcharge for American Express.
